Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
Shipping costs
A flat shipping fee is applied at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €100.
Returns
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to return
Email support@jihanebeauty.com with your order number to receive return instructions. Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
